At Expression 360, a leading event management company and marketing agency in India, we believe museums must move beyond static displays to create living experiences. Traditional storytelling often leaves history confined to books — our vision is to make it immersive, interactive, and unforgettable.
The Azadi-Ke-Diwane project, inaugurated on 4th March 2019 by Union Minister Mahesh Sharma, was conceived as a state-of-the-art interactive museum at Red Fort, Delhi, in collaboration with the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI), Government of India.
This initiative sought to bring alive the sacrifices of India’s freedom fighters and martyrs, many of whom remain unnamed or forgotten. The museum used cutting-edge event management services, digital storytelling, and immersive technologies to ensure the younger generation could feel and internalize the spirit of India’s freedom struggle.
Experiential Curation – Designed an interactive museum experience that shifted from passive viewing to active participation.
Immersive Technology – Integrated digital installations, motion sensors, projection mapping, and content & film production services to recreate freedom-era stories.
Narrative Depth – Crafted sections that told the stories of known and unknown heroes, showcasing the real face of India before Independence.
Tribute to Sacrifice – Created a unified platform that preserved the memory of anonymous and unsung martyrs.
Executed at Scale – Managed end-to-end event management services for the project, transforming 20,000 sq. ft. (12,000 sq. ft. ground floor + 8,000 sq. ft. first floor) into a living museum of freedom.
Living Museum of Freedom – Transformed Red Fort into a landmark of national pride that connected people emotionally with history.
Education with Emotion – Ensured that future generations don’t just learn history but experience it through interactive storytelling.
Recognition of the Unsung – Paid homage to forgotten heroes whose stories were absent from mainstream history.
Experiential Benchmark – Positioned as one of India’s most innovative museum exhibitions, blending ATL, BTL & TTL marketing sensibilities with cultural heritage.
Amplification through Digital – Extended reach through digital marketing services including social media marketing, SEO, and performance marketing (PPC), ensuring the museum resonated with both local and global audiences.
