Mohit Gupta is the Managing Director and Chairman of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since incorporation. He has about 16 years of experience in advertising, integrated marketing, communications, media strategy and government outreach. He has transformed our Company into a nationally recognized, INS-accredited 360° communications agency empaneled with multiple central and state government ministries and public sector undertakings. Under his leadership, our Company, has evolved into a diversified communications enterprise spanning large-scale events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, immersive storytelling, digital-first campaigns, and multilingual creative strategy.

Kanupriya Gupta is the Whole Time Director of our Company. She has been associated with our Company as an Event Designing and Decoration. With an experience of 10 years, she has been instrumental in conceptualizing, planning, and executing thematic designs for corporate events, brand activation programs, exhibitions, social functions, and other large-scale event assignments undertaken by the Company.

Vinaya Sudhir Chougule is the Independent Director of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since August 20, 2025. She holds membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also completed Post Qualification Course in Information Systems Audit (ISA) and has obtained a Certified Information Systems Auditor Certificate (CISA) conducted by ISACA in the year 2018.

Manoj Kumar Agarwal is the Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since August 20, 2025. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Bangalore University. He has also completed INSEAD Leadership Programme for Senior Indian Executives conducted by INSEAD-The Business School for the World. He is currently associated with Salamander Advisors LLP as Founding Partner from the past 10 years where he manages and overseas investment activities in relation to the two funds (Category I and II) under the Seafund Platform.

Shivani Marda is the Independent Director of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since February 16, 2026. She has completed her Professional Programme examination held by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 2019. Currently, she is associated with Emami Frank Ross Ltd. as a Company Secretary. She has 3 years of experience in the field of Compliance.

Mamta R Gautam is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of our Company and has been associated with our Company since February 08, 2024. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI). She is responsible for leading the finance department and collaborating with other senior executives, developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company’s growth objectives, and managing financial risks.

Sweta Agarwal is our Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer of our Company and has been associated with our Company since June 01, 2024. She is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate laws, board processes and maintenance of statutory records.
